Moto Recovery is guided by a dedicated leadership team and an engaged Board of Directors committed to rider safety, community service, and responsible nonprofit governance. Together, they provide strategic direction, financial oversight, and accountability as we expand programs that assist motorcyclists across Colorado. Our leadership structure ensures operational execution remains aligned with our mission of Riders Helping Riders.

Eric serves as the Founder and Executive Director of Moto Recovery, leading the organization’s mission to keep riders safe, supported, and connected. He oversees daily operations, program development, partnerships, and long-term strategy as the nonprofit continues to grow throughout the Pikes Peak region and beyond.
With a professional background as a Boeing 747 pilot and former fixed-wing medevac pilot in Colorado, Eric brings a disciplined focus on safety, risk management, and calm leadership under pressure. Those same principles shape Moto Recovery’s approach to motorcycle transport assistance, rider education, and structured Support Rides.
Eric spearheaded the creation of Moto Recovery and its evolution into a community-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit built around the belief that Riders Helping Riders is more than a phrase. It is a responsibility. Through grassroots effort and strong community partnerships, he continues to develop programs that strengthen confidence, preparedness, and connection within the motorcycle community.

The President of Moto Recovery serves as Chair of the Board of Directors and provides governance oversight, strategic guidance, and leadership support to the Executive Director. This role ensures the organization remains aligned with its mission, upholds fiduciary responsibilities, and operates in accordance with adopted bylaws and nonprofit best practices.
Madison is currently fulfilling the responsibilities of President while continuing her role as Treasurer. Kenneth Moore is scheduled to assume the role of President in March, further strengthening board leadership as Moto Recovery continues to grow its programs and community partnerships.

Daniel serves as Secretary of Moto Recovery, managing organizational records, board communications, and official documentation. He ensures meeting minutes, filings, and governance records remain accurate and up to date, supporting transparency and regulatory compliance as the organization grows. His attention to detail strengthens the foundation of responsible nonprofit operations.
A rider since the age of four, Daniel has spent much of his life immersed in the motorcycle community. His experience across different stages of riding has shaped a strong appreciation for safety, mentorship, and shared responsibility among riders. He continues to expand his involvement within the community, driven by a genuine passion for helping and supporting others.
Through his role as Secretary, Daniel contributes to the stability and accountability of Moto Recovery while reinforcing its commitment to integrity, service, and Riders Helping Riders throughout Colorado.

Madison serves as Treasurer of Moto Recovery, overseeing the financial health and stewardship of the organization. She manages budgeting, donation tracking, financial reporting, and compliance to ensure that funds are handled responsibly and aligned with the nonprofit’s mission. Her disciplined oversight helps maintain transparency and long-term sustainability as Moto Recovery continues to grow.
Madison began riding at a young age and deepened her involvement in the riding community as a teenager. Today she enjoys both motorcycles and ATVs, reflecting Moto Recovery’s inclusive support for riders across motorcycles and powersport machines alike. Her experience as a rider brings practical perspective to discussions around safety, access, and community engagement.
Through her leadership in financial management and organizational planning, Madison plays a critical role in ensuring that Moto Recovery remains accountable, mission-driven, and prepared to expand its programs responsibly throughout Colorado.
Moto Recovery’s committees support focused areas of program development, safety oversight, and community impact. Committees allow board members and volunteers to contribute specialized expertise while strengthening accountability and operational consistency across all initiatives.
As the organization grows, committees play an important role in evaluating performance, refining procedures, and ensuring each program aligns with our mission of Riders Helping Riders.
The Rider Response Committee oversees operational standards, response protocols, equipment readiness, and safety procedures related to motorcycle transport assistance. This committee reviews response metrics, evaluates equipment needs, and helps maintain consistent service delivery throughout the Pikes Peak region.
Its focus is ensuring that every assist is handled safely, responsibly, and in alignment with Moto Recovery’s commitment to preparedness and rider support.
The Education and Safety Committee manages the review and allocation process for Basic Rider Course scholarships. This includes evaluating applications, verifying eligibility, and ensuring fair and responsible distribution of funds.
The committee works to reduce barriers to formal rider training while maintaining transparency and accountability in the use of donated and grant-supported funds.
The Ride Programs Committee develops structure, safety guidelines, and participant standards for Moto Recovery’s organized group riding experiences. The committee evaluates routes, pacing, risk mitigation, and program objectives to ensure rides are accessible, safe, and aligned with the organization’s focus on confidence and community connection.
Its role is to ensure Support Rides remain intentional, responsible, and mission-driven as the program expands.
Moto Recovery grows through the leadership, experience, and commitment of individuals who believe in Riders Helping Riders. As we expand transport assistance, rider education, and structured Support Rides, we welcome those interested in contributing at a leadership or committee level.
Board and committee members help guide strategy, strengthen governance, support safety standards, and ensure long-term sustainability. Whether your background is in operations, finance, safety, community outreach, or simply a passion for motorcycling, there are meaningful ways to serve.
