Part of the Pikes Peak Rider Safety Access Program
Beginning March 2026, Moto Recovery will award one full motorcycle endorsement scholarship each month through August 2026. Each scholarship covers the full cost of a state-approved Basic Rider Course at the training provider of the recipient’s choice within Colorado.
Recipients are responsible only for any rescheduling fees or additional charges determined by the training provider.
The goal of this program is simple: remove financial barriers to professional rider training so new and returning riders develop hazard awareness, speed judgment, and traffic decision-making skills before riding independently on public roads.
Scholarships are awarded monthly from March through August 2026.
Applications are due on the 21st of each month to be considered for the following month’s scholarship.
The scholarship recipient will be announced by the 27th of each month.
If you are not selected, Moto Recovery will email you to ask whether you would like your application carried over for the next month’s consideration.
Each selected recipient receives a full course fee credit applicable toward a Colorado state-approved Basic Rider Course provider.
Applications are reviewed by the Moto Recovery board.
Applicants must be 16 or older and hold a valid driver’s license. If under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign and provide contact information at the bottom of page 2.
Riders of all backgrounds and experience levels are welcome, whether this is your first endorsement or you are taking the course as a refresher.
