Scheduled Motorcycle Transport

If your motorcycle is having an issue but is in a safe location and can wait until tomorrow or another convenient time, Scheduled Transport is the easiest way to get your bike to a shop or safe location without the stress of immediate roadside assistance.

Book at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll arrive on time with motorcycle-specific equipment and care, just like our urgent transport service. Available up to 150 miles from downtown Colorado Springs, we operate on a suggested donation basis to support our mission of riders helping riders.

Service Area & Suggested Donation

• $40 suggested donation within a 35-mile radius of downtown Colorado Springs (ZIP 80903)
   
• $1 per mile for any distance outside that 35-mile radius
   
• Service available up to 150 miles from downtown Colorado Springs

Example Scenarios

Example 1:
Your motorcycle is at a friend’s garage in Ellicott and needs transport to a shop in Colorado Springs (both within the 35-mile radius).

• Scheduled Transport (within 35 miles): $40 suggested donation
   
• Total Suggested Donation: $40
   

Example 2:
Your motorcycle is located on the west side of Castle Rock and needs transport to SK Powersports, 8 miles outside the 35-mile radius.

• Scheduled Transport (within 35 miles): $40 suggested donation
   
• 8 miles @ $1/mile: $8
   
• Total Suggested Donation: $48
   

Additional Bikes & Passengers
A second motorcycle at the same location can be included at 50% of the suggested donation above. Riders can split the donation however works best. Passengers are included, but all riders must sign the liability waiver to ensure the transport is safe and supported under your own insurance.

Your donation is tax-deductible—check with your tax professional if you claim it under roadside assistance. Every donation helps keep the motorcycle support network available, assists a rider in need in the future, and supports scholarships for new riders earning their endorsement or seasoned riders advancing their skills.

We are riders helping riders. If you need transport support but don’t have the suggested donation, reach out anyway—we want to safely get you and your motorcycle safely to your destinations. If you’re able to contribute a little extra to assist others, your larger donation helps keep the network running and supports riders who may not be able to cover the suggested donation themselves.

To ensure safety and clarity, all transports require riders (and passengers, if applicable) to sign liability waivers. These waivers confirm that Moto Recovery provides safe transport but does not assume responsibility for the motorcycle or passengers beyond that. Your personal insurance remains primary.
