Initiatives

Moto Recovery is continually developing programs that expand rider support, safety, and community connection. Some initiatives are active today, while others are in planning or funding phases. This page outlines what we are building and where we are headed.

Active Programs

Scholarships

Moto Recovery provides training scholarships to help riders access formal motorcycle education and build safer riding skills.

Support Rides

Small group riding experiences focused on mental well-being, connection, and community engagement. The program is currently in its final preparation and funding phase.

Assist Program

Developing expanded response capabilities to help more riders during unexpected situations while keeping response calm and personal.

Support Network

Building a network of volunteers and partners to improve communication, preparedness, and rider confidence before problems occur.

Future Development

Community Partnerships

Working with local businesses and organizations to create welcoming stops, resources, and safe spaces for riders across the region.

Education Expansion

Adding workshops and informational resources to help riders prepare for common situations before they happen.

Equipment Capacity and Growth

Expanding equipment and volunteer capabilities so Moto Recovery can respond more consistently and support more riders.

Programs Grow Through Community Support

Many initiatives move from planning to operation through partnerships, volunteers, and funding support.

Community Safety

Moto Recovery
Community-based roadside assistance and preparedness support for motorcyclists in the Pikes Peak Region.

Service Impact

  • Responds to stranded riders

  • Reduces roadside hazards

  • Improves preparedness

  • Strengthens community support

Community Need
Riders frequently operate without nearby assistance when problems occur. Moto Recovery provides a predictable local resource to help individuals safely recover from unexpected disruptions.

How Support Helps
Donations and grants allow Moto Recovery to respond regardless of a person’s ability to pay and maintain readiness to assist when unexpected situations occur.
