Service Availability Update

Moto Recovery transportation services are currently operating on a limited, volunteer-availability basis.

Due to a shortage of volunteers available to operate the support truck, we are unable to guarantee transportation services at all times. Requests for assistance from both members and non-members will be evaluated based on volunteer availability, location, and current resources.

Current members will continue to receive priority consideration when volunteers are available. Non-members seeking assistance may also be helped on a case-by-case basis.

Before requesting assistance, please check our website and social media channels for the latest service availability updates.

We remain committed to helping riders whenever possible and appreciate the community's continued support and understanding as we work to expand our volunteer team.

We will be unavailable from July 2nd to 29th due to volunteer unavailability.

Moto Recovery provides member supported motorcycle transport assistance throughout the Pikes Peak region during the riding season. Whether you’re stranded roadside, need scheduled transport, or simply ran out of fuel, we’re here to help riders keep moving.

We are not a commercial towing company or emergency roadside service. We are a rider supported 501(c)(3) nonprofit built around helping fellow riders when unexpected situations happen. Members requesting motorcycle transport assistance may be asked to complete a liability waiver at the bottom of this page prior to transport services being provided.

  • A Rider Responds Based on Availability and Coverage

Even if you’re outside our standard 40 mile service area, or have already utilized your included annual transports, Moto Recovery may still be able to assist based on volunteer availability, scheduling, and operational capacity.

In situations like these, members often choose to make a suggested donation of approximately $1 per mile during transport to help offset fuel, maintenance, insurance, and operating costs associated with continuing assistance beyond standard membership coverage.

As a nonprofit organization, these are not quoted service rates or required fees, but voluntary contributions that help keep Moto Recovery operating and allow us, when available, to better accommodate members outside our normal service area.
