Service Availability Update

Moto Recovery is no longer accepting new members for motorcycle transport services. Due to limited volunteer availability, transport assistance and related membership benefits are now available only to individuals with an active Moto Recovery nonprofit membership.

Depending on their existing membership level, current members may remain eligible for:

Immediate Transport
Roadside motorcycle recovery during the March 1 through October 31 riding season and within the member’s applicable coverage area.

Scheduled Transport
Prearranged motorcycle transportation to a repair facility, residence, storage location, or other approved destination. At least 24 hours’ notice is preferred.

Fuel Delivery
Limited fuel delivery within our operating area during the riding season.

DIY Garage Access
Access for eligible current members in accordance with the terms of their existing membership.

All assistance remains subject to volunteer availability, location, weather, equipment, and operational capacity. Moto Recovery is not a commercial towing company or emergency roadside service, and assistance cannot be guaranteed.

Current annual memberships will remain active until their listed expiration dates. Once these memberships expire, they will not be renewed, and Moto Recovery will no longer provide motorcycle transport, fuel delivery, or public DIY Garage services.

We sincerely appreciate every member who supported this program and helped us live out the spirit of riders helping riders.

Moto Recovery provides member supported motorcycle transport assistance throughout the Pikes Peak region during the riding season. Whether you’re stranded roadside, need scheduled transport, or simply ran out of fuel, we’re here to help riders keep moving.

We are not a commercial towing company or emergency roadside service. We are a rider supported 501(c)(3) nonprofit built around helping fellow riders when unexpected situations happen. Members requesting motorcycle transport assistance may be asked to complete a liability waiver at the bottom of this page prior to transport services being provided.

How It Works

  • Join Moto Recovery
  • Contact Us for Assistance
  • A Rider Responds Based on Availability and Coverage

Even if you’re outside our standard 40 mile service area, or have already utilized your included annual transports, Moto Recovery may still be able to assist based on volunteer availability, scheduling, and operational capacity.

In situations like these, members often choose to make a suggested donation of approximately $1 per mile during transport to help offset fuel, maintenance, insurance, and operating costs associated with continuing assistance beyond standard membership coverage.

As a nonprofit organization, these are not quoted service rates or required fees, but voluntary contributions that help keep Moto Recovery operating and allow us, when available, to better accommodate members outside our normal service area.
