Moto Recovery is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Colorado Springs, fueled by a simple belief: riders helping riders. What began as a mission to assist motorcycles and riders in their journeys has evolved into a broader initiative, uniting the riding community through hands-on support, shared experiences, education, and opportunities for involvement.
Today, our mission comes to life through various programs, including Wind Therapy, Wrench Wednesday, Project Bikes, Transport Assistance, MX Sponsorship, and Basic Rider Course Scholarships. While each program serves a unique purpose, they all aim to strengthen the motorcycle community by fostering connections among riders, facilitating learning, supporting growth, and promoting mutual care.
Moto Recovery thrives with the help of dedicated volunteers, generous donors, supportive sponsors, and passionate riders who embrace our mission. Every mile traveled, every project completed, every ride taken, and every individual who participates contributes to our progress.

How We Got Here
Moto Recovery originated from Union Jack Moto, a motorcycle rental business focused on getting enthusiasts on two wheels and out experiencing the ride. As we grew, helping riders with broken down or stranded motorcycles became a routine part of our mission, ultimately leading to the establishment of Moto Recovery Ltd.
What started primarily as motorcycle transport evolved as we recognized additional ways the riding community could unite. Moto Recovery transformed into a nonprofit with a wider mission: to use motorcycles as a means to connect people, share insights, create opportunities, and support riders when it truly matters.
While our journey began with a truck, the essence of Moto Recovery is captured in the spirit of Riders Helping Riders.
Built to Keep Growing
Moto Recovery has evolved from a single truck and a simple idea into a diverse collection of programs designed to meet the needs of the motorcycle riding community. We remain a small, volunteer-driven nonprofit organization, dedicated to preserving the grassroots spirit that brought us to this point.
As our resources, volunteers, partnerships, and community support expand, we will enhance the ways we can assist motorcycle riders. Our goal is not to become the largest motorcycle organization, but rather to continue providing meaningful support for riders and to do so effectively.
