A Non-Profit Motorcycle Support Network Based in Colorado Springs
Moto Recovery is a motorcycle support network based in Colorado Springs, dedicated to helping riders and motorcycle owners across the region. Our story began with Union Jack Moto, a motorcycle rental business focused on providing quality riding experiences. That work inspired the creation of Moto Recovery Ltd., originally formed to support riders in challenging situations. Over time, the mission evolved, and today Moto Recovery operates as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization built on the belief of riders helping riders.
We keep our mission moving through sponsors, donations, and contributions from the riding community. Our focus is centered on motorcycle safety, education, and rider support, including scholarships for new riders earning their motorcycle endorsement and for experienced riders pursuing refresher or advanced training. When riders or owners need assistance, we respond with a safety-first, community-driven approach. Every contribution helps keep this support network available, strengthening the riding community and promoting safer miles for everyone.

Eric leads Moto Recovery, guiding the nonprofit’s mission to keep riders safe, supported, and connected. As a 747 pilot, he brings a sharp attention to detail and calm leadership under pressure. He spearheaded the creation of Moto Recovery and its evolution into the Riders Helping Riders movement, overseeing operations, programs, and partnerships that bring this vision to life.

Moto Recovery maintains the Candid Silver Transparency Seal to demonstrate our commitment to openness, responsible stewardship, and measurable community impact. As we continue to grow as a nonprofit, we have already completed the Platinum level seal requirements and are currently finalizing a few remaining details from the Gold level review. By sharing leadership information, financial details, and program outcomes through Candid, supporters and partners can clearly understand how resources are used to improve rider safety, access to training, and community assistance. Transparency is central to our mission, and this designation reflects our promise to operate with integrity while strengthening trust with the riders and communities we serve.
